Jefo’s founder, Jean Fontaine, and his children, Émilie and Jean-François, wanted a building worthy of Jefo’s international reputation. The Jefo Campus is located away from a major road so that visitors can have a view of the adjacent vineyard. For this 10,000 sq. ft. per floor project, Construction Parox acted as builder-designer in collaboration with the architecture firm Groupe Leclerc. The building includes an underground parking garage and incorporates state-of-the-art technology. It houses administrative offices, a heliport, conference rooms, a screening room and reception rooms. A gymnasium was even set up for the benefit of the 150 employees at the head office. The building has a clear and strong identity in its architecture, which is characterized by a constant dialogue between the interior and exterior. The fluidity of the curves and the sustained presence of the colours of the Jefo logo complete the entire ensemble harmoniously. Jefo received the grand prize for Best Workspace in Quebec in 2019.
