The Agro-Bio Contrôle building houses the production facilities and offices of this company, which specialises in the supply of organic acids and additives for the agricultural, maple syrup and agri-food sectors. The clay-rich soil of the St-Hyacinthe region required the use of stakes for construction. The solid wood structure gives it a unique cachet. The 11,000 sq. ft. building is LEED-NC certified due to the integration of several environmentally friendly and energy-saving measures.
