The Europea Group wanted to centralize its operations in an 8,000 sq. ft. industrial kitchen in an existing building in Montreal. Parox therefore brought the interior of the building up to CDA-TEQ standards. Subsequently, Parox installed new refrigerators and freezers and setted up a processing area. The creativity demonstrated made it possible to overcome the structural challenges of installing refrigeration equipment on a roof that was deemed inadequate in the initial context.
