Mandate

A partnership is born between Construction Parox and Fromagerie Polyethnique for a major expansion project of some 28,000 sq. ft. of the Fromagerie’s Saint-Robert production plant. This cheese factory is experiencing strong demand for its Le Bédouin cheeses, including Haloumi.
