Mandate

Green Mountain Coffee (now Keurig) chose the Van Houtte plant in Montreal’s Saint-Michel district to carry out the roasting, packaging and K-cup manufacturing activities. After visiting the Vermont facility with the engineers assigned to the project, Construction Parox was chosen for its construction capacity and mechanical approach. Parox was responsible for the work done in the industrial section for 24 months and then was mandated to build the tunnel between the two plants.
