Mandate

The Parox team and its partners met the challenge set by Les Midis Santé: to build, in less than 8 weeks, a central kitchen (3000 sq. ft.) to serve daycare and educational facilities. Smaller projects are sometimes more complex; tight management of the supply chain is vital.
